was a participatory project and installation of ceramic panelsmade collectively with the HANAC Senior Center in Queens, NY. Participants brought in personal objects to learn clay-building techniques and press-molds. The objects were recreated into clay replicas and added to panels, exploring form, design, and storytelling. The program became a point of departure for conversation, interaction and collective object making that explored objects, memory, relationships, and storytelling. As a collective group they became not only a voice of the individual, but also the larger HANAC community - a visual portrait through personal objects and the relationships between people and their possessions. The project was generously supported by Queens Council on the Arts and NYC Department of Cultural Affairs.
